Software - User Tips |
| Quick-Start
Information |

- Download Program:
To try out a EZ-Zone Software product, navigate to our
download page - "Downloads", fill out the
information and click submit at the bottom of the page.
Once you are on the download selection page, choose the
"Download Demo" hyperlink next to the software
product you desire.
- Install Software:
Run the setup program to install the software onto your
computer. Use the password "DEMO" for a thirty
day trial, or purchase program on our
"Products" page to receive a licensed passkey.
- Use Navigate screens:
Once you have opened the program, use the
"navigation" screens on the menu bar to
quickly learn the program and to go to areas of
interest.

| Business
Information |

- Name: Click the
Edit button. Input all your business information so that
it will default on all forms.
- Tax Information:
Select your tax names such as "State Tax",
"PST", etc. and the correct percentage.
- Add Logo: Use a
default logo included with EZ-Zone software or import a
logo that you already have.
- Add Banners: Type
in information for invoice banners etc. View invoices to
see how it looks.

| Inventory |

- Create Supplier Phone
Book: Use the supplier phone book to create a
default list to enter on the inventory list.
- Add your inventory: Go
to the Navigate screen in the menu bar and select
inventory. Choose the inventory module you desire. Push
the add button to begin the process. Fill in as much
information as required. Use the Inventory Tag
System to create inventory departments.
- Transport from
inventory to client files: On the client file, there
are several "Insert" from inventory buttons.
Use these buttons to view the specific inventory and
transport to the client file. You may utilize several
search tools on the inventory list to find the item you
require and then simply push the "Add to file"
button.

| Client
Information |

- Address: EZ-Zone
Software comes with a central client information screen
- "Client Information". On this screen, you
may access all information relative to single client.
All screens located to the right of client address
belong to the client named on the address screen.
- To add a client:
Push add on the client address screen. All the fields
will turn a light blue to signal that they are in edit
mode. Push save when completed. You may now go screens
to the right to add information to this clients file.
- Find a Client: When
you have several clients in your database, you will have
locate the one you wish to see. Push the find button on
the client address screen to use the proper tool to
locate the client you seek. When you have selected a
client, all the screens to the right will have the
information belonging to that particular client.

| Billing your
clients |

- Add: Add your
invoice once, use the edit button to change as required.
- Inventory: Use the
"Insert" button to transport inventory into
the invoice.
- Payments: Use the
add payment button to add as many payments to the
invoice as required and for whatever amounts. Payment
type - type V for Visa, C for Cash etc.
- Accounting: Use the
various screens to monitor and track your sales
accounting.

| E-mail and
Mail Communications |
|
- E-mail: To use
Outlook Express as your default mail client. Set
security on Outlook Express to allow other users to
interface. See the Help menu on your EZ-Zone software
for more information if required.
- Mail, Telemarketing:
On the Navigate screen or under Marketing in the
menu bar select a tool to create lists in your database
to contact clients via e-mail, direct mail, utilize
brochure address labels or create a telephone list.
