Your satisfaction with our product is our number one job. In the event that any part of your software package was delivered damaged or defective, exchange of CD’s or paper manuals are permitted up to a period of 90 days.

All EZ-Zone Software products are available for 30-day trial. It is in this time period that you, the user, are allowed to examine and evaluate our software products. Upon purchase, all sales are final.  We do not offer refunds on CD-ROM, floppy disk, or Internet download versions of our programs.

Service Contracts  

There are no returns or refunds on services performed, or on service contracts. There are no returns or refunds on upgrades of software. There are no returns or refunds on custom software.

Third Party Distributors 

EZ-Zone Software Ltd. recommends all clients to download and thoroughly evaluate the free full version demo for a period of 30 days before making a purchase.  Software purchased from a third party distributor is subject to the policies of the distributor.
