CONFIDENTIALITY
GENERAL INFORMATION
A Confidentiality Agreement
is an agreement not to disclose certain information to a
third party. Database confidentiality is critical for
upgrades and software data integration. Upon building a
joint database software project, the potential partner must
be assured that all data is secured to prevent general
disclosure of the information. At
EZ-Zone Software Ltd. there are a limited number of people
authorized to have access to the data, all of whom must
adhere to the protocol issued by EZ-Zone
Software Ltd. All data collected is used strictly to
populate databases involved with customer purchase of
database software. All databases are stored secured and
password protected. All
recipients of record level data must sign an agreement to
use the data only for the specified purpose, to keep the
data only for the specified length of time, and not to
further disclose the data (in line with the Data Protection
Act).
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Software Ltd. understands that data confidentiality and
security is of the utmost concern to any private data
exchange. We have implemented a number of security measures
to protect data. All data upgrades and transfers are done
through password protected accounts. Your database security
is protected by our multi-tiered security system. |
